A LITTLE GUIDANCE. A REAL TEAM.

Let’s help you
get back to your day.

You don’t need to know the technical terms. Tell us what’s happening, and we’ll help you find the next step.

Submit a support request

You can go straight to the form. The tips below are optional.

HELPFUL STARTING POINTS

What do you need help with?

Open a topic for a few simple ways to describe the issue. You don’t need to complete any troubleshooting before requesting help.

Internet or router

Tell us what you notice

Is there no connection, or is it slow or unreliable? Does it affect one device or everyone at the location?

  • About when did it start?
  • What lights or messages do you see?
  • If handy, a photo of the device label can help identify it. Keep passwords out of the photo.

You can leave the model and device ID blank if you don’t know them.

One Talk phones

Tell us which part needs help

Calling, messaging, sound quality, or setting up how calls reach your team?

  • Is one person affected or the whole team?
  • Does it happen on a desk phone, mobile app, or both?
  • A recent example and approximate time can help.

For a setup change, describe what you want callers to experience in your own words.

Billing or a return

A reference helps, but isn’t required

If you have an invoice, quote, or order number, include it. Otherwise, an approximate purchase month can help us find the right order.

For a device return, describe the problem and include the device model or an optional label photo. A support request starts a review; it does not authorize a return.

Something else / not sure

Start with what you know

What were you trying to do, and what happened instead? A short description is fine.

If you’re helping someone else, the form lets you identify the person affected and choose the customer who should receive updates.
