Physical work, done right.

Five service categories covering the gamut of enterprise field work. Each scoped against the same playbook: pre-confirmed equipment, vetted on-site technician, photo documentation, customer sign-off, and a clean closeout summary.

Cellular Install

Indoor or outdoor cellular gateways, ODUs, and external antennas — including worksite, pop-up, and fleet deployments.

  • Indoor 5G / 4G gateways (Crown, Dragon, FWA02)
  • Outdoor mounted gateways + antennas
  • Worksite, pop-up, and fleet vehicle installs

Wireless Networking

Wi-Fi access points and point-to-point wireless bridges between buildings. Mount, cable, terminate, and verify.

  • Wi-Fi 6 / 6E / 7 access points
  • Building-to-building PtP / PtMP bridges
  • Cable + PoE handoff to your network

One Talk Phone Deployment

Verizon One Talk deskphones — both LTE-connected and wired VoIP variants. Per-phone install, test call, and end-user orientation.

  • Per-desk placement
  • LTE / network registration confirmed
  • Test call + user briefing

FWA Site Survey

Pre-install walkthrough for fixed wireless access — cellular signal check, equipment audit, cabling and power assessment.

  • Indoor cellular signal verification
  • Cabling + power assessment
  • Photo + written report in 2 days

Wi-Fi Heat Mapping

Standalone Wi-Fi RF survey — predictive, onsite walk-test, or post-install validation. Separate scope and pricing from FWA surveys.

  • Predictive (floor-plan based)
  • Onsite walk-test with survey kit
  • Post-install validation

Three steps. No surprises.

From intake to closeout, every engagement follows the same path. You always know where things stand.

1

Submit the intake

13-step form takes about 10 minutes. We collect site details, contacts, equipment list, and scheduling preferences in one pass.

2

We confirm scope

You'll receive a written Statement of Work within 2 business days. Sign it back and we'll lock the dispatch window with you directly.

3

Dispatch + closeout

Vetted technician arrives at the confirmed window. We document everything with photos, secure your sign-off on site, and deliver a closeout summary.

What our techs do — and what they don't.

We deliver clean installs while protecting your network, your account integrity, and our team. Every visit is governed by a signed Statement of Work. Anything outside that scope gets quoted and approved in writing first.

What we deliver on site

  • Physical installation, mounting, and termination of all equipment in your SOW
  • Cable runs and connections included in the SOW
  • Power connections — PoE switch, PoE injector, or AC adapter, per the SOW
  • Photo documentation of every device + final placement
  • End-user briefing on basic operation
  • Clean handoff to your IT team or designated network personnel
  • Captured customer sign-off before the tech leaves

What we route to specialists

  • Device configuration — call routing, voicemail, hunt groups (Netcom provisioning)
  • Phone number porting (Verizon)
  • Carrier portal access — One Talk, NCE, InCloud, InControl (your administrators)
  • Firewall changes or handoffs to firewalls (your security personnel)
  • Troubleshooting your existing internet, network, phone, or carrier systems (separate engagement)
  • Activation, provisioning, licensing (Netcom after install verified)
  • Anything outside the SOW — quoted and approved in writing first

The boring details that make it work.

Field dispatches fail in predictable ways. We've built our playbook to eliminate every one of them before the tech arrives.
